People come, people goes

PEOPLE :D Heyyyyy!
Yeahh, I realized that my blog looks kinda "dead" nowdays. I guess I'm just too busy preparing for my finals (more to sleep, kot) and rarely have enough time to update my blog. My friends here called me a study freak, and always tell me to ease a bit. Trust me, I'm not a study freak. All I do is stare into space most of the time.

It's the revision week here in UIA, as our finals are approaching on the third day of Eid Mubarak. We're allowed to go home, but I decided not to, as I know I will not be studying anything if I go home. At least if I stay, well, okay I slept a lot, but at least I touch my books a bit. Most people already went back last week, and it's just the nine of us here. And today, most of my friends went home already, so it's down to me and honey only. The two of us, in this big dorm for 20 people, and among the few people left in UIA. Even all the restaurants here are closed, so for berbuka, we have to travel far to KFC or Semarak for foods to break our fast.

Thank God Honey's still here, if not, I don't know what I'm going to do. At least when I'm lonely, I know there's another Korean freak with me here in the dorm :P

And Aina, being a Korean freak is not that bad you know ^^ Well, I rarely listen to any English songs nor Malay songs anymore, but that's because Korean songs suits me better, I guess. Hehe. Ahh, I am especially addicted to the new girl band, f(x)!

Run like there's no tomorrow.

I have a problem of waking up early nowadays. I mean, I used to be the earliest one up, at 5am normally, to study without any interruption. I was even given the responsibility to wake others at 6am for their Subuh prayers. But lately, during this second period of this semester, after getting here back after the mid sem holidays, I woke up late almost everyday. Once, I even woke at 6.30am. I feel bad when sometimes, everybody overslept, and they performed their Subuh late. It just sorta feel like it's my responsibility to wake everybody else.

Today, I woke up at 6am. Itupun someone else wake me up. After getting my bath and all, I feel so sleepy, so I decided to take a short nap, until 7. But when I woke up, it's already 8.15am- and my class supposedly starts at 9am. I jumped out of my bed, and quickly went to iron my clothes. By the time I'm done, it's already 8.30am. Seeing that I don't have time to eat breakfast, I grabbed an energy bar and make a cup of instant coffee.

After I finished my so-called breakfast, it's already 8.45am. I'm usually are ready for class at this time, but my precious stomach buat hal. So, I went to the toilet, and by the time I'm out, it's nearly 9am. I quickly get ready, and when I'm out of the dorm with a friend of mine, Tuyyah, it's already 9am. We were running as fast as we can, trying our best to reach class before the lecturer does. Unfortunately, when we arrived, sweating and all, she's already in. We look at each other, and knock the door...

Us: Assalamualaikum Madam, sorry we're late.
Madam : Oh, class cancelled. I postponed it until Friday. Oraite?
Us: HUH?
The others: Smiling.
Tuyyah: Knape tak msg kitaorg?
Them: Kiteorg pun baru smpai, and baru tahu. Soorry!

So, we walked back to our dorm. On our way, we met Narissa, who's in the same class with us. When she sees us, she was jumping and shouting " AND I THOUGHT I WAS LATE". Haha, girl, you're just lucky.

That's it! I don't want to be late ever again. Well, if possible, that is. :D

Gee :D

Something awfully funny happened in class this morning.

During our statistic class this morning, we were learning a new chapter, Probability Distribution. The class went on as usual (by usual,I mean sleepy) Hehe. Until this one part when our Madam were explaining about probability distribution. She was saying something about boy girl girl is BGG, girl girl boy is GGB, and then she said girl girl girl GGG.

As soon as she said that, the whole class burst out laughing. Madam didn't know why we laughed, so she said " ape lah, bukan nye jijik pun". Haha, but actually, all of us were laughing because we immediately thought about the song "Gee by Girls Generation". Some of the girls even danced out some steps of dance for the song. Even the boys were laughing.

A few people look blur though. As I said before, if you live here, and you don't know any Koreans dramas or music or bands, you'll be considered a weirdo. Especially if you're never heard of gee. Haha. And then, for the rest of the class, all of us kept on repeating gee gee gee. Poor Madam, she looked a bit lost!

That's all now :D In the meantime, for those who never heard of Gee, here it is :

MID’S OVER!

Salam Everybody!! :)

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I’ve been really busy with my University life here in UIA-mid semester, debate club and all. Yeah, I miss the time when I could go online anytime I want, writing craps on my blog, stare at the computer screen for hours doing nothing. Ahh, NOW, I do regret taking the holidays for granted, saying that I can’t wait for university life to start. It’s not that much of what I expected. It’s busier, packer, and free time to really enjoy my sleep is all I wished for after days of non stop lectures, meetings and activities.

But it’s not really that bad anyway. I got the coolest dorm mates and classmates ever. My seniors are supercool, and the I just found out that Faiz is going to be our debate trainer starting from next week! YEAY! Haha, don’t get me wrong, he’s not my boyfriend or crush or something. He’s my ex trainer in Integomb! He’s the coolest trainer ever! I bet Nisa’s (if you’re reading this) swearing and cursing me right now! Haha.

Mid Term Test just finished today, alhamdulillah. It was okay, I guess. Well, except for Arab maybe :( Anyway, as soon as after we finished our exam today, guess what I did? My dorm mates, Naemah particularly, asked me to join them to go to Nilai Square, which is located right next to our University. She said that this is the chance for me to explore Nilai, since lots of people have been laughing at me, seeing that I LIVE in Nilai, but never once in my life I went to Nilai Square. My first impression is that, well, it’s bigger than I expected. I nearly puked as I never seen that much clothes in my life. Everywhere you turned around, there’s clothes, and clothes and cloths. But hey! I’VE BEEN TO NILAI SQUARE already! :p Which makes me a true Nilai-an! HAHA.

And there was so many people there. I guess it’s because the ERA PERODUA thingamajig’s here, and there were so many uh, popular (?) artists there today, as a concert was held during that night (now).  By popular, I meant artist such as, Liyana Jasmay, Sofaz, and Aznil Nawawi. Not that I’m a big fan of them anyway.

Oh yeah, help me! I just turned into a big KOREAN DRAMA FREAK! I mean, I can’t help it. Most of my dormies are Korean freak, and living with them kinda make you exposed to those things too. And it’s addictive! I can even speak a few Korean words now. ARASA! Hehe. And the actors are way WAY hot too! Don’t believe me? See:

kim-bum-90310008 my latest crush, Kim Bum xD

Okay I really need to go and scream at those people who are performing at the Era’s concert right now. Freaking loud and annoying! As is they can’t see the mosque which is situated right next to their base!

Till then, salam! :)

Talk to me.

Class cancelled, so here I am, blogging away. Just for a few minutes, as I need to prepare for a small quiz tomorrow.

So, today, we were supposed to have our computer class at 4 today. Lina, Hanis and I rushed to first level from third level (Tilawah Class), excited about the computer class. "Excited" la en, as we will get our result for last week's quiz today. Supposedly.

Since all of us forget to bring the timetable, we didn't know where our computer class will be. Thank Godness finding the class is not that hard, as when we reach at first floor, I can see all my classmates from my computer class in one corner. We waited for about 5 minutes for the class before to empty the class. When they started to enter the class, I noticed a small paper glued to the class's front door. Miss Ruzana left a note for us, saying that class is cancelled, as she is on her medical leave (^^).

I told the girls that the class was cancelled. Everyone cheered (DUH) and then, I went to the guys, to informed them that the class was cancelled, as they sat a little bit farther than the girls, and wasn't aware what was happening. Here's how the conversation goes...

Me: Korang, kelas cancelled.
They: *Pandang dengan muka blur*
Me: *Stare back* Korang tak nak balik ke? Class cancelled lah.
They: Huh?
Me: *Suddenly teringat something- Oh! They're not Malaysian! Stupid me. They're Russian lah! Camne boleh lupa!* Uh, Miss Ruzana cancelled the class.
Ilyas: *He's Russian* What?
Me: Class cancelled.
Ilyas and gang: Are you sure?
Me: Yeah.
Them: Seriously?
Me: If you don't believe me, then check in front of the door.

*So, THEY ACTUALLY CHECK THE DOOR. Muka penipu sangat ke aku ni?*

Me and Hanis: Uh guys? It's the wrong door. It's the door beside it.

(Time ni aku tengah tahan gelak gila, sebab kelas pun tak tahu kat mane, dah la konon nak proof orang salah info)

They: OH! *Burst out laughing.
Hanis and I: Haha. That's why lah. We told you so, you guys don't want to believe us. Now you believe us?
San (Kazakhstan boy): Yes, yes. (Muka merah gile. Tula, kulit putih sangat, haha.)

Ha, yang budak2 lelaki Melayu 3 orang yang faham saya cakap ape itu, bukannya nak tolong beritahu mereka. Tengok, panjang cerita jadinya.

The thing is, they always skip class, and come late to class. The foreigners, I mean. Tiba-tiba orang cakap kelas cancelled, tak excited pulak ^^ Pelik saya. Hehe.

But seriously, you guys should listen to their accent. It's enjoyable! I know I once mentioned they're rude, but once you get to know them in class, they're not so bad at all.

Well, you know what they say, don't judge a book by it's cover ^^

Hehe, till then, bye!
